What is a computer? Simply, a computer is a machine that computes. What is computing then? in the history, the word computing had stood for calculating. But, with the development of these computational devices (computers), the definition of computing has derived to "the process of using computer technology to achieve specific goal-oriented tasks" including structuring, processing, and managing information, as well as aiding in scientific studies, creating intelligent systems, and enabling various forms of entertainment and communication.
Although Charles Babbage is the inventor of the idea of automatic digital computer, as previously mentioned, the computer has come down with a long history. From the abacus to the Quantum computers in the present, computers have traversed a long journey. Watch this video.
